Welcome to the QUT SWISS (Social Work Integrated Supervision Support) website. The site is designed to provide an easy to use, online resource to guide, inform and support you as a field educator to undertake quality field education supervision. SWISS brings together the existing knowledge of research about field education supervision; the practice wisdom of people’s lived experiences (field educators and students); real life examples, and tools and resources, in a user friendly way. Our aim is to provide you with a dynamic and ‘simple’ website to deal with some of the real life complexities and challenges that come with field education.
